5.5 Deadline for your bid:

The deadline for the full receipt of bids is 12.00 noon on Friday 16th December 2011.

Unfortunately bids still in transit at that time will not be allowed. Assuming that your bid arrives on time then you will receive an automatic confirmation that this has indeed occurred. All bids must be lodged online.

NB Bidders must be prepared, within 14 days of the deadline for bids, to demonstrate that they do indeed have a suitable product and / or service if they have declared this to be the case within their bid. Failure to demonstrate a match or near-match convincingly will mean automatic exclusion from the process and might impact on future tenders.
