Partenariat is the largest international business matchmaker in Europe.  

The Partenariat programme, initiated by the European Commission in 1988, has proved an excellent instrument for kick-starting international co-operation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from around the world. 

Partenariat events have been held successfully, twice a year, throughout the EU member states. During 2 days of intensive meetings SMEs can make 30-minute appointments to talk to other international companies of their choice. The events are free and delegates are only required to pay for travel and accommodation.

The Southern Area Euro Info Centre (EIC), which has created the ELS system with its partners Ads Infinitum, is the Partenariat co-ordinator for the region which covers Central Southern England.
