FAQs and CONTACT US:

The European Liaison Scheme (ELS) is essentially a simple scheme. There won't be many difficulties with it. And any member of Partenariat will help you. But there are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we may as well answer now!

Question: Who is allowed to use ELS to advertise themselves?

Answer: Any company already on the Partenariat database may actively use ELS to advertise themselves. It is designed for small and medium-sized companies with perhaps 10 staff at most.

Question: Who is allowed to use ELS to find partners or suppliers?

Answer: Any company. Of any size. Anywhere.

Question: Who do we pay?

Answer: Your local Partenariat office. Your contract will be with them.

Question: When will the disks be available?

Answer: We anticipate that this will be quite a rapid process. And we believe that ELS will be upgraded annually.

Question: How can I be sure that I will get what we pay for?

Answer: All reasonable care will be taken at every stage of the process. We have tried to make that simple so that mistakes should not occur.

Question: Do you guarantee results?

Answer: No. As with all marketing and advertising, there is always a risk. Do not spend anything that you cannot afford to write off as a loss. But in general terms intelligent investment in promotions is repaid. In most cases a single new client will easily cover the cost. Further clients make the scheme increasingly worthwhile. Sometimes, of course, a promotion can be a ‘slow burner'. Somebody might read about you and come back next year. Or in 5 years!
