ELS is a very simple scheme. But participating companies members must effectively agree to the following. It will form the basis of a contract even though the process is blissfully paperwork-free!

Responsibilities:

• Your company will accept responsibility for completing and checking your entry in your mother-tongue.
• Your company will also select the language options you want.
• Your company will get that entry to your local Partenariat office before any deadline that they tell you about.
• Your company will pay the appropriate fees to that self-same Partenariat office.
• Your company will be provided with a free copy of the ELS disk-pack in each of the language editions to which you have contributed, but you understand that further copies, in any language, will be chargeable.
