The European Liaison Scheme (ELS) is a disk-based directory which is designed to reinforce and complement other activities by members of Partenariat.

It is essentially a simple scheme.

The Method of Operation:

• Partenariat members will tell companies like yours all about ELS.
• If you wish to participate then you will need to prepare a company profile using a simple template. That will take you about 15 minutes.
• You will be asked to choose language options that will decide which foreign and domestic companies can read about your company.
• We will provide all of the translations and guarantee that they are to a professional standard.
• You will need to agree to fees. These are going to be very affordable. And very transparent. An auto-calculator works out the cost for you!
• The Partenariat member then collects those profiles and fees from you.
• The Partenariat member then returns the profiles to the scheme coordinator in England , keeping a proportion of the company's fee.
• You will then, when the disks are assembled, be given one for each language you chose.
• These will be composite single-language disks which contain ALL of the profiles from ALL of the areas where companies have chosen to have representation in that one language. Spanish-speaking participants will, as an example, receive disks from ALL companies who chose Spanish.
• Your Partenariat member will also receive - and share on request - specimen disks in all other languages (there are 24 languages in total).
• This will enable you to interrogate the ELS directories in ANY language, with or without help from your Partenariat member, to find out about companies whose language you may not speak and who have not opted to be represented in your language.
