Ongoing responsibilities for participating partners:

 

ELS will be very easy to administer. And will have many benefits. But all Partenariat members must effectively agree to the following. It will form the basis of a contract in which they are 3 rd party intermediaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Partenariat members will be expected to actively approach companies in their own region and tell them about ELS.
  • Partenariat members will only use ELS literature provided by the EISC in the UK , but it will be in their native language.
  • Partenariat members will distribute templates, price information and other details to companies in their region.
  • Partenariat members will ensure that those companies are all eligible for help on Partenariat-funded schemes.
  • Partenariat members will collect completed profiles and the appropriate fees (accepting responsibility for checking both).
  • Partenariat members will then return the profiles to the EISC in the UK .
  • Partenariat members will keep a pre-agreed proportion of the company's fee but advance the balance to the EISC in the UK .
  • Partenariat members will circulate and share disk-packs when they are provided, by the EISC, in their own and other languages.
  • Partenariat members will specifically ensure that participating companies receive disk-packs on which their own companies appear.
  • Partenariat members will publicise the scheme and encourage clients to ensure that their companies are profiled in the next edition!
  • Partenariat members will tell companies about ELS as a source of partners and suppliers as well as a source of clients.
  • Partenariat members will ensure that they order in sufficient disk-packs in each language to satisfy their regional needs.
  • Partenariat members will regularly reviewing those regional needs for disk-packs in each language.
  • Partenariat members will use the profiles to more effectively facilitate meetings between companies likely to do business together.
  • Partenariat members will safeguard the intellectual property and copyright intrinsic to the ELS scheme.
  • Partenariat members will not enter into any activity related to ELS that in any way compromises their responsibilities to Partenariat.
