The European Liaison Scheme (ELS) is a disk-based directory which is designed to reinforce and complement other activities by members of Partenariat.

The ROLE of the EISC and PARTENARIAT in GENERAL:

• Partenariat is funded by the EU to provide help to small and medium-sized enterprises which are hoping to trade with overseas partners.
• The EISC is one of the British (UK) organisations which is part of Partenariat's network of 300+ local organisations in the EU and beyond.
• The EISC and its partners within Partenariat organise meetings and trips in foreign countries for companies who need their help.
• These activities give small and medium-sized companies the opportunity to strike up relationships with each other.
• These activities are either free or subsidised by Partenariat.
• If you wish to identify a Partenariat office near you or elsewhere, or want any sort of help from them, then ask!
• The EISC would be delighted to assist, where possible, any company approaching it for advice – wherever that company is!

HOW the EISC and PARTENARIAT will HELP with ELS:

• If you want to participate in ELS, if you want to have your profile on ELS disks in any language, ask a Partenariat member organisation.
• You can approach the EISC directly.
• If you would like to use any ELS disk, in any language, to locate a company you might trade with, then ask us for help!
• If you have any problem using the disks, or if you want help to identify companies profiled in a foreign language, ask for help!
